Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and test electronic systems and components for smart card readers and IoT-based security solutions
  2. Take up hardware design responsibility including electronic components and software design, PCB layout, and design validation
  3. Write technical documentation for all aspects of the design including the hardware specifications
  4. Oversee the regulatory compliance approval process
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Business Development, Mechanical and manufacturing to bring our designs to reality and to ensure product functionality and quality
  6. Troubleshoot and debug electronic products

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an electronic engineering role
  3. Strong knowledge of electronic circuit design, PCB layout, and firmware development
  4. Experience with microcontrollers and embedded systems
  5. Experience with writing PC test software using C# and Python
  6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  7. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
