Hong Kong – July 2025 – AB Circle Limited, a global provider of smart card-based solutions for secure identification, is pleased to announce the launch of the Circle APDU Tool, a practical and reliable software utility designed to facilitate communication with smart cards and smart card readers.
The Circle APDU Tool enables developers and system integrators to send and receive Application Protocol Data Unit (APDU) commands with ease, supporting secure authentication, data exchange, and card management across a wide range of applications.
With a user-friendly interface and broad compatibility with standard smart card readers, the tool supports various card types including ISO/IEC 14443-4 Type A & B cards, ISO/IEC 15693-3 cards, MIFARE, FeliCa, and ISO/IEC 7816-cards. It is ideal for testing, debugging, and developing smart card-based solutions in sectors such as e-government, healthcare, transportation, and more.
